Once you pick up that paintbrush and put it to canvas, there is no turning back. In this case, my canvas is mostly furniture. I started furniture painting with pieces in my own house, then sold a couple pieces and that began the journey. I love color, so you will find that most of my pieces are colorful. I believe that your walls aren’t the only place for color. Your furniture can just as easily make the color statement in your rooms. Don’t be scared, after all, it’s just chalky paint. I enjoy adding decoupage, transfers and other details to my pieces. It makes them stand out from others. Papers, posters, napkins, transfers, they make furniture an interesting conversation piece and something you won’t find in your neighbors house. Come join me on this color journey.
